What is Impact.com?

We use Impact.com to manage our affiliate partnership program. It’s a trusted platform used by thousands of brands worldwide. You’ll create a free account and your application will be sent to the FontLab team. We’ll review it and you’ll be notified via e-mail when it’s been approved (typically within a few days). Then you’ll get your tracking links, banners, and real-time stats, all in one place.

How to get started

Click to start the application process. This will open a form in a new tab. If you need help in filling out the form, come back to this tab, and follow the instructions below step-by-step. Use the controls to move between slides, and switch to the application form tab to complete the application.

Step 1 — Start your application

Welcome to the FontLab Affiliate Program, powered by Impact.com. FontLab has partnered with Impact to give you a market-leading performance-advertising program: you earn generous commissions for promoting high-quality, unique FontLab products to your audience.

The whole sign-up takes about 5 minutes.

What to do: Click Sign up to become a partner.

Step 2 — Review the contract terms

You’ll land on the Contract Terms for FontLab Affiliate Program page. This shows how you’ll get paid: the default payout rate, action locking window, and payout scheduling.

What to do: Expand each section (Online Sale, Payout Details, Schedule) and read through the terms carefully so you know exactly how commissions are tracked and paid.

Step 3 — Accept the offer

Keep scrolling through the General Terms: transaction currency (USD by default), change notification period, and stand-down policy.

What to do: Once you’re comfortable with the terms, tick the checkbox “I have read and accepted FontLab Affiliate Program’s offer” to accept.

Step 4 — Continue

With the acceptance box ticked, the Continue button becomes active.

What to do: Click Continue to move on to account creation.

Step 5 — Sign up and start earning

Create your Impact.com partner account. You’ve got three paths:

• Sign up with email — the standard route.
• Sign up with a social account — Apple, Facebook, Google, X, or LinkedIn, for one-click registration.
• Sign in with impact.com — if you already have an Impact account, just log in.

What to do: Pick whichever option is most convenient for you.

Step 6 — Enter your details

Fill in the basic account info:

• Email address — the one you’ll use to sign in.
• Password — make it strong.
• Mobile number — pick your country code and enter your phone. This is used for verification and payout security.

You can optionally opt in to partnership news from impact.com.

What to do: Enter your details and click Get started.

Step 7 — Verify your identity

For security, Impact will send you a one-time verification code.

What to do: Choose how you want to receive the code — email or text message to your phone — then click Continue. You’ll be prompted to enter the code on the next screen.

Step 8 — Categorize your business (part 1)

Impact wants to understand how you reach your audience, so brands can match with the right partners.

The first two options are:

• Social Influencer — your audience follows you for entertainment, education, or community, mainly through social-native content.
• Content/Review — your audience comes to your site(s) to learn about products, find gift ideas, read reviews, or make informed buying decisions.

What to do: Pick the single option that best describes your main way of acquiring customers.

Step 9 — Categorize your business (part 2)

Scroll down for the remaining categories:

• Network — you bring together publishers so advertisers can access their audiences.
• Technology Solution — you provide tech that drives conversions (banking integrations, post-checkout offers, retargeting, embedded software).
• Cross Audience Monetization — your audience buys your products, and you link them to similar, non-competing brands.

What to do: Think carefully and pick just one category — the one that genuinely fits. Then click Continue.

Step 10 — Add your promotion channels

Tell Impact where you’ll be promoting FontLab. Options include:

• Website
• Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest)
• Mobile App
• Podcast
• Email/Newsletter
• Offline

What to do: Add every channel you actually use to reach your audience. Don’t pad the list with channels you don’t really work on — brands (including FontLab) review these when approving you.

Step 11 — Add a website

For each channel, provide the details. For a website, you can either:

• Connect via Google Analytics — fastest, and helps you verify ownership automatically.
• Add the website manually — type the URL (pick https:// or http://).

You can click + Add Another to register multiple sites.

What to do: Enter the details of your channel (or multiple) and click Submit.

Step 12 — Tell us about yourself

Now Impact needs your identity details so they can pay you correctly.

• I am a/an — choose Individual (a solo creator) or Company (you represent a business).
• Account display name — the name brands will see.
• Country / Region — where you’re based.
• Mailing address — your real address.

What to do: Enter real, accurate information — mismatches here can delay or block payouts.

Step 13 — Confirm currency and submit

Scroll down and finish the profile: street, city, time zone, and — importantly — your preferred payout currency (USD, EUR, PLN, etc.).

⚠️ Heads up: the currency selection cannot be changed after you proceed. Impact will pop up a confirmation dialog to make sure.

What to do: Double-check everything, tick “I have read and accepted the Partner Program Agreement”, click OK on the currency confirmation, then Submit.

Step 14 — Finalize your Impact.com profile

You’re now inside the Impact.com Marketplace. A progress checklist on the left shows what’s left:

1. Let’s get started
2. Terms and Conditions
3. Complete your tax information
4. Enhance your profile
5. Modify your media properties

The first item is Terms and Conditions — tick “I have read and accept the Partner User Agreement and Master Program Agreement”.

What to do: Accept the platform terms and click Next.

Step 15 — Confirm your tax status

Impact needs your Indirect Tax Registration status (VAT, HST, GST, etc.) so they can invoice and pay you correctly. Pick one:

• I am registered for VAT in [your country]
• I am registered for Indirect Tax in a different Country / Region
• I am not registered for Indirect Tax

What to do: Select the option that truthfully applies to you, tick the confirmation box, and click Save.

Step 16 — Build your public profile

This is what brands (including FontLab) see when deciding whether to approve you. Required fields:

• Logo — upload a PNG, JPEG, or GIF. Creators: use a clean profile photo.
• Description — tell brands who you are, what you do, and what kind of content you create (up to 1000 characters).
• Content/interests tags — at least one, so you show up in the right searches.

What to do: Make it pop — a strong profile means faster approvals and better partnerships. Click Save when done.

Step 17 — Verify your media properties

The Media Properties screen lists every channel you registered. Each one starts as “Not yet verified”.

What to do: Click Verify on each row and follow the flow (DNS record, meta tag, or Google Analytics connection). Add any additional properties you missed earlier via Create Media Property. Verified properties are what unlocks your ability to earn.

When everything is verified, click Next.

Step 18 — Check notifications

You’re in! The top-right bell icon shows a badge when FontLab (or Impact) has news for you — application status, contract updates, messages.

What to do: Click the bell regularly to stay on top of your application status and any communications from the FontLab team.

Step 19 — Wait for approval

You should see two notifications:

1. Your application to join FontLab Affiliate Program was sent. — confirms submission.
2. FontLab Affiliate Program accepted your proposed contract terms. — you’re in!

Approval typically takes a few days while the FontLab team reviews your profile and channels.

Step 20 — Access your affiliate assets

Once approved, your FontLab Affiliate Program dashboard is live. You can see your contract terms — for example, Online Sale: 15% USD default payout.

What to do: From the top navigation, open Content → Assets to access current affiliate creative: banners, links, coupons, and promotional resources FontLab has prepared for you.

Step 21 — Grab your personalized links

The Assets library shows everything you can use to promote FontLab: images, videos, emails, coupons, articles. Filter by Exclusive / Non-Exclusive or by recency.

Each asset includes your personalized affiliate links — every click and sale generated through them is tracked to your account, so you get credit (and commission) automatically.

What to do: Copy the links or creative you want, share them with your audience, and start earning. Welcome to the FontLab Affiliate Program! 🎉
